Retzius values your privacy. This statement explains which data this website processes, and which it does not.
No cookies, no trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking services. There are no third-party embeds: fonts are served from our own server and the map on the contact page is an ordinary image. Only when you click “Plan your route” yourself do you leave this website for Google Maps.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. That service works without cookies, without fingerprinting and without storing personal data. Individual visitors cannot be identified through it.
Getting in touch
If you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide solely to answer your question and carry out the collaboration. We do not keep that correspondence longer than necessary and do not pass it on to third parties, except where this is necessary to complete a case.
Your rights
You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. To do so, contact us at the e-mail address at the bottom of this page. If you are not satisfied with how your request is handled, you can turn to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
